  1. Firstly, in a grinding jar add ghee, mawa, jaggery, cocoa powder, coffee and milk blend until smooth.
    Transfer the mixture in a bowl.
  2. Further, add in wheat flour, semolina, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla essence mix it well with soft hand and make smooth lumps free batter. Add 1-2tbsp more milk if required.
  3. Heat paniyaram pan and greased its all cavity with ghee.
    Add lemon juice in prepared batter and give it a quick mix.
    Fill the paniyaram cavity with batter, cover and cook for a minute. Once it's done from one side, flip and cook another side for a minute.
