Stir well till a boil comes and custard becomes thick and switch off the gas.
Add milkmaid to the custard and stir well.
Divide the custard in two bowls.
In one half, add coffee powder and 2 tbsp sugar. And let the other half as it is. Now we have two custards coffee and vanilla. - For caramelized almonds
Take a thick bottom pan and add 4 tbsp sugar. Keep it low flame.
As the sugar starts melting and changes it colour to light brown, add almonds and switch off the flame.
Pour the caramel syrup into a plate and let it cool.
